My story is a typical example of grass to grace. My drive for success increased after my father’s death and I sought to do menial jobs to survive. At some point, I worked as a bricklayer earning 200 NGN per day because I was desperate for survival after my father’s death. After my OND, I started work as a customer service officer in a commercial bank. Little did I know my love for construction had bloomed and a new career kept calling me.
While at the bank, I started creating my business plan. In 2018, I registered Destiny Crest Limited. Surprisingly, we took on some of the best projects in Lagos. About three years after, we birthed MKH Investment Limited. For me, creating good real estate opportunities is a blend of strategic location, quality construction, financial education and problem-solving. With MKH Investment Limited, we have helped over 200 investors understand the essence of great property investment.

Dr. Muibi Kehinde Hammed is the chairman of MKH Group. Aside from being versatile, he is a resourceful business visionary.
He is an alumnus of EDC Alumni PAU, LBS. He had his BSc, and MSc, FCIML in Business Administration and Project Management respectively. For his major contribution to real estate, he received Honorary Doctorate in Estate Management and Property Development from the European American University, Republic of Panama.
As a serial entrepreneur, he has vast experience in Business Administration, Project Management, Production, and Retail. He has received other certifications in Estate Development, Sales, and Facility Management from prestigious institutions including the London Business School. Dr. Muibi K. Hammed is a passionate, dedicated, and value-driven professional in Nigeria. He has raised over 500 investors in real estate in Nigeria and the diaspora. Mentoring people to achieve their goals is his favorite activity.
He is the founder of MKH Supermarket, an investor in the film industry through MKH production, and also a shareholder in a real estate company (Keysight)
He has been featured on various platforms. In December 2020, the Nigerian Youth Advocacy Group for good governance, recognized Muibi Kehinde Hammed with a golden award of excellence. He has other numerous awards too. He has impacted the lives of many in the course of his career earning him the endearing name, Dr. MKH.
